Customer Account Manager

based in Frankfurt, manages sales and marketing across Europe. To

strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced

Customer Account Manager to oversee key music retail accounts

across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Belgium.

But there will be opportunity to work our partners all over

Europe.TasksAs Customer Account Manager, you will manage and

develop business relationships with music retail partners in your

region. You will work from our Frankfurt office with regular travel

to meet clients and attend international training events. Your role

is to grow sales, strengthen partnerships, and apply D'Addario's

proven sales methodology.Key tasks include : Managing and developing

a portfolio of retail accountsBuilding strong, long-term customer

relationshipsDeveloping sales strategies and action plans to meet

targetsIdentifying new business opportunitiesProviding excellent

customer supportRepresenting our brands with

professionalismCollaborating with European and global teamsApplying

D'Addario’s "Best Practice in Sales" standardsRequirementsMinimum 3

years of experience in sales or account managementStrong

communication and organisational skillsFluent German; solid English

(B2 level); Dutch is a plusAnalytical, structured, and proactive

working styleEnthusiasm for sales and customer developmentInterest

or experience in the music industry is an advantageValid driving
