Your responsibility
- Analyze and evaluate complex cyber risks, including special cases requiring approval
- Prepare comprehensive risk reports with actionable recommendations
- Provide guidance and support for the development and standardization of cyber insurance products
- Advise on reinsurance strategies and support the structuring and placement of tailored reinsurance solutions
- Monitor market trends to inform product optimization and drive innovation
- Assist in evaluating partnerships with external cybersecurity and service providers
- Design and implement training programs and workshops for cyber underwriters, including coaching and technical support
- Analyze and enhance business processes and tools to improve efficiency and synergy
Your qualification
You preferably hold a university degree in insurance, technology, or business administrationSeveral years of experience in cyber insurance underwriting and / or product managementDemonstrated expertise in project management and effective cross-functional collaborationYou are an analytical and structured thinker with a confident presence with strong communication abilitiesYou are passionate about insurance and innovation in cyber riskHigh proficiency in English and German is required; proficiency in other European languages (e.g., French, Spanish, Italian) is a plusWillingness to occasionally travel within EuropeWhat we offer
