Project Coordinator

Job Title : Project Coordinator - Radioligand Therapy Strategy

Work Location : Basel

Country : Switzerland

Duration : 6 months

Rate : CHF 43.93 – CHF 58.72 (8 hours per day) depending on experience

Your main duties as a Project Coordinator will include :

Maintaining the Project Coordinator program's Confluence space with accurate and up to date data (project information, financials, gant charts, roadmaps.
Prepare presentation materials for various audiences.
Organize and facilitate decision meetings focused on input and decisions on priorities and ensuring appropriate preparation and agenda in advance.

Additional duties will include :

Organize regular meetings with the active projects and opportunity investigations.

Assist teams and individuals with review readiness.

Manage cross-organizational project teams to successful product delivery.

Your Background :

Ability to work in cross-functional teams along with strong organizational skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Must be able to handle several projects in parallel and follow through on expectations, with minimal supervision.

5+ years of experience working in a high paced global environment in an administrative or operational role supporting scientific or technical leaders and teams.

Proven capability interacting with managers and leaders in a complex services organization.

Understanding of executive stakeholder management and governance frameworks.

English fluent, German (basic, intermediate, fluent).
