Your Responsibilities
Conduct validation experiments for HPLC methodologies applied to antibodies, proteins, and peptides utilizing diverse separation techniques including size exclusion chromatography, ion exchange, reversed-phase, and peptide mappingPartner with scientific teams and quality reviewers throughout the entire validation lifecycle to ensure method robustness and regulatory complianceDocument and assess experimental data with precision, adhering strictly to GMP guidelines and internal quality standardsContribute to the preparation, verification, and review of validation documentation and technical reportsProvide technical assistance to operational HPLC laboratories during periods of high demand or resource constraintsPlan, execute, and oversee maintenance programs and qualification protocols for analytical instrumentationYour Profile
Completed laboratory technician training coupled with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on industry experienceExtensive proficiency in HPLC / UPLC analysis, including advanced troubleshooting capabilitiesDemonstrated track record in conducting method validation within GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environmentsPractical involvement in authoring or critically reviewing validation reports and related technical documentationMeticulous, systematic, and dependable approach to laboratory operationsExcellent collaborative abilities and strong interpersonal communication skillsSelf-motivated attitude with the drive to assume responsibility for laboratory processesSolid command of English and German, both written and verbalReady to Elevate Your Career?
