Your task

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency in line with business needs.
• Assist with the design and execution of the strategic IT roadmap based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and Group initiatives.
• Oversee IT vendor management, ensuring coordination and service delivery from third-party providers.
• Continue the internal digitalization and automation by managing projects together with service lines business and corporate services.
• Take ownership of technical, tactical IT projects, overseeing their successful execution from initiation to completion.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and management practices to contribute to continuous improvement within the IT department.
• Promote a culture of innovation, teamwork, and knowledge sharing within the IT organization.
• Build close relationships with the business stakeholders and raise the maturity of IT within the organization to become a true business partner.
