Lucky Punch is a global fitness and hospitality franchise with studios in Zurich Copenhagen and Dubai. As we enter our next phase of expansion we are looking for a Head of Operations to deliver on-time studio openings ensure operational excellence at existing locations and lead process optimization.

Tasks

Your responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence by creating and implementing clear practical playbooks and global standards to support scalable growth
• Oversee and support studio managers to ensure smooth daily operations and consistent brand quality and safety standards across all locations
• Manage performance through regular reviews data tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead the opening of new studios from planning to launch providing training and tools to ensure successful execution
