Main tasks :

  • Collect detailed requirements from stakeholders (interviews, workshops, …)
  • Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation
  • Develop use cases and user stories to define the functional behavior of systems
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and mutual understanding
  • Collaborate with solution architects and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Develop and refine process maps, workflows, and diagrams to represent current and future states of business processes
  • Identify gaps between current state systems / processes and desired state systems / processes, proposing solutions to bridge these gaps
  • Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and identify trends or potential issues
  • Ensure IT solutions meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in processes, systems, and business performance.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years as a business analyst in IT-related projects
  • Strong technical acumen with a good understanding of SQL and data modeling
  • At ease with technical IT concepts (software development, database management…)
  • Strong in communication and social skills
  • Self-driven and self-organized
  • Analytical mindset with fast comprehension
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in both French and English (German is an asset)
  • Knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) is a plus
  • Knowledge of tariffication and medical billing is a plus
