We are looking for a Product Content Manager - ACMP who will be responsible for the content available for our Partners around the world via Whatfix (digital adoption tool) and Knowledge Base (confluence, help juice or other). In this position, you are responsible for the ALSO Cloud Marketplace (ACMP) product features documentation and feature releases announcements (internal & external) working closely with the product and development team to follow on platform changes sprint after sprint. You will build automated platform guides and maintain them as the product grows.
You will be a part of a journey of an industry leader, whose Cloud Marketplace empowers resellers to manage the customer relationship end-to-end. With ALSO cloud management platform resellers are able to generate new revenue streams, increase customer retention and gain rapid entry into the cloud business.
