What you're going to do

Do you have an interest in information security? Do you want to be part of an interdisciplinary team and contribute to projects for public authorities (e.g., federal government, authorities, administrations), thus making a valuable contribution to securing their application landscape? In this role, you will have the opportunity to pursue your enthusiasm for IT security applications and expand your expert knowledge in constant exchange with our highly qualified software and security specialists. Within a short period of time, you will be in charge of the smooth operation of some of our established and acclaimed applications. You will be responsible for the following tasks :

• Operating the identity and access management solutions, also at client sites
• Supporting clients with operational tasks and problems in productive environments
• Analyzing and resolving malfunctions
• Providing workarounds in the event of simple incidents and errors
• Operating our IDM and SSO portal infrastructure for our own applications and the applications of various clients
• Configuring and integrating IAM solutions into our clients' system environments
• Collaborating on specification, testing, and rollout for the implementation of application releases
• Participating in the maintenance and further development of simple interfaces between applications
• Assisting in change requests for the attention of the application developers
• Maintaining and managing documentation such as operating manuals, user manuals, and instruction manuals
• Helping with business requirements engineering, creating solution concepts, and working out release agreements
