One of our clients is a prominent international technology firm known for its innovative solutions and dynamic work environment. They are committed to excellence and are currently seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join their Zurich-based team and support their continued success.

Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist for one of our clients, who will be based in Zurich or nearby. The ideal candidate will be business fluent in both German and English, have a degree in Business Studies or a related field, and demonstrate an independent and proactive working style. This role is available immediately and offers flexible working options.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operational Support : Facilitate smooth daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in various processes.
  • Collaboration : Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to address operational needs and support business objectives.
  • Work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
  • requiring teamwork, communication and organizational skills
  • Data-driven problem solving abilities, with a knack for turning data into meaningful insights that advise decisions
  • Process Improvement : Evaluate and enhance operational processes, implementing solutions to drive efficiency.
  • Data Management : Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports, offering insights to support informed decision-making by the management team.
  • Project Management : Manage and contribute to multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Communication : Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication across the organization.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Experience : Prior experience in an analytical role and / or operations role is preferred.
  • Skills :
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Independent worker with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
  • Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
