We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist for one of our clients, who will be based in Zurich or nearby. The ideal candidate will be business fluent in both German and English, have a degree in Business Studies or a related field, and demonstrate an independent and proactive working style. This role is available immediately and offers flexible working options.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Support : Facilitate smooth daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in various processes.
- Collaboration : Partner closely with the sales and marketing teams to address operational needs and support business objectives.
- Work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external stakeholders

- Data-driven problem solving abilities, with a knack for turning data into meaningful insights that advise decisions
- Process Improvement : Evaluate and enhance operational processes, implementing solutions to drive efficiency.
- Data Management : Oversee the maintenance of accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports, offering insights to support informed decision-making by the management team.
- Project Management : Manage and contribute to multiple projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Communication : Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring clear and effective communication across the organization.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or a related field.Language Skills : Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.Experience : Prior experience in an analytical role and / or operations role is preferred.Skills :Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Independent worker with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.Analytical mindset with robust problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.What the company offers :
