HR Technology and Analytics Internship (12 months)

Your main task in this position is supporting the HR Transformation and Innovation team in driving the people roadmap.

• Support the implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the context of the HR Transformation
• Contribute in creating and excellent user experience
• Support the implementation of the HR Reporting and analytics roadmap
• Deliver continuous improvements
• Coach HR system super users
• Perform system administrator tasks
• Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Business Information Technology or equivalent
• Passion for technology and people management
• Enthusiasm in working with data
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German and English. French is beneficial
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
