SAP Application Specialist

Location : Meilen, ZH, Switzerland - Hybrid

Employment Type : Full-time

A dynamic and future-focused company in the technology and services sector is looking for a motivated SAP Application Specialist to support and enhance internal systems. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for SAP technologies, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to process improvement and digital transformation.

Responsibilities :

  • SAP CS User Support : Provide first-level support to internal service teams and act as the primary contact for all SAP CS-related inquiries.
  • Field Technician Assistance : Ensure smooth system usage for technical teams and respond promptly to their support needs.
  • Training & Enablement : Lead SAP CS onboarding sessions, design user training materials, and build a sustainable key-user network across departments.
  • Project Involvement : Collaborate on system enhancement initiatives, especially in testing and change management areas.
  • Documentation & Change Support : Maintain up-to-date process documentation and facilitate system adoption through clear training materials.
  • Data-Driven Insights : Utilize tools like SAP CS, QlikView, or QlikSense to analyze data and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Operational Tasks : Handle administrative duties such as invoice processing, reporting, and issue tracking.
  • Occasional Site Visits : Support branch locations through onsite training, system checks, and user engagement sessions.

    • Your Profile :

  • Background in technical or commercial education, with further training in IT or process management (HF / FH or equivalent)
  • Proficient experience with SAP CS; exposure to SAP S / 4HANA is a plus
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior involvement in IT or business process projects
  • Analytical thinker with a structured and independent working style
  • Solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to take initiative
  • Confident in training and supporting others with system use
  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken); other language skills are an advantage
