Ceo - General Manager

You will be responsible for the operational management of the company and will conduct business in accordance with the statutes, internal rules and regulations, and the decisions of the Board of Directors (the Board). As CEO, you will attend the meetings of the Corporate Bodies in an advisory capacity.

You will oversee the implementation the new strategic positioning, which aims to transform the company from a provider of search, monitoring and technology insights to a business and technology consulting competence center.

You will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategy. Reporting directly to the Chairman of the Board, you will oversee all aspects of the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business performance to support the company’s growth objectives. Given SCBT-CENTREDOC’s global footprint and international activities, your ability to foster and leverage international connections will be essential. Moreover, your leadership will be instrumental in contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall management of the company through a dedicated Management Team covering all key fields of activity.
• Collaboration with the Corporate Bodies (Board, Board Office, General Assembly)
• Management of the relationship with the Cooperators
• Representation of the Company in regional, national and international interest groups.
• Development and implementation the business strategy

REQUIREMENTS

You have a solid background and knowledge in intellectual property and technology management. You possess excellent intercultural capabilities to conduct and grow business throughout Switzerland, Europe and the Western hemisphere. You are fluent in French, English, and ideally German, and willing to live and work in the Neuchâtel area. You are experienced with change processes and have a proven track record in company management.

Ideally, you have already worked in the Western part of Switzerland and are familiar with the watch industry. You have a proven scientific record and are comfortable managing highly qualified specialists in their respective fields of innovation and technology foresight.

En tant que Directeur, vous assisterez aux réunions des organes statutaires à titre consultatif. Rattaché directement au président du conseil, vous superviserez tous les aspects de l’entreprise, en veillant au respect des exigences réglementaires et en stimulant les performances commerciales pour soutenir les objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise. Compte tenu de l’empreinte mondiale et des activités internationales de SCBT-CENTREDOC, votre capacité à favoriser et à exploiter les connexions internationales sera essentielle. Votre leadership contribuera à la croissance et au succès global de l’organisation.

EXIGENCES

Vous avez une solide formation et des connaissances en gestion de la propriété intellectuelle et des technologies. Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités interculturelles pour conduire et développer des affaires en Suisse et en Europe. Vous vous exprimez couramment en français, anglais et idéalement allemand et êtes prêt à vivre et travailler dans la région de Neuchâtel. Vous êtes habitué à la conduite du changement et avez un parcours avéré dans la gestion d'entreprise.

Idéalement, vous avez déjà travaillé en Suisse romande et connaissez l'industrie horlogère. Vous avez un parcours scientifique avéré et êtes à l'aise pour gérer des spécialistes hautement qualifiés dans leurs domaines respectifs d'analyse de l’innovation technologique.

Sie beherrschen Französisch, Englisch und idealerweise Deutsch fliessend und sind bereit, in der Region Neuenburg zu leben und zu arbeiten. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits in der Westschweiz gearbeitet und kennen die Uhrenindustrie.
