Astrea Bioseparations, the global go-to separations company, have an exciting opportunity for a driven Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team driving sales, building relationships and turning opportunities into revenue across the DACH territory.

Role requirements

Manage your own end-to-end sales process within your territory.

Develop and maintain exciting relationships with customers developing advanced therapies

Collaborate with senior management to align on growth strategies

Gather market insights and customer feedback that will drive improvements across the entire Sales team.

What you will bring

Life Sciences degree or equivalent

Demonstrable success in sales with a strong track record in Bioprocessing and / or Protein Purification actively hunting and securing new business opportunities.

Tenacity and resilience combined with strong observational and analytical skills

Excellent customer relationship and communication skills with a consultative approach to selling technical solutions

Proficient in using sales and CRM software to manage pipelines, track performance and drive strategic customer engagement.
