Description du poste

  • Schriftliche und telefonische Bearbeitung von Kundenanfrage per E-Mail, Brief, Chat und Social Media in Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Italienisch,
  • Kundenbetreuung rund um unsere Dienstleistungen und Trading Produkte,
  • Selbständiges Bearbeiten von Kundenbeschwerden,
  • Koordination und Delegation der eingegangenen Anfragen mit Fachabteilungen (BackOffice, Legal & Compliance, IT, Marketing, etc.),
  • Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei Abklärungen und Kundenaufträge,
  • Technischer Support für unsere Applikationen (Mobile, Webplattform),
  • Mithelfen der Weiterentwicklung unserer Applikationen (Mobile, Webplattform).

Qualifications

  • Eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung und/oder mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Kundendienst,
  • Erfahrung mit Chat-Systemen und Interesse an KI-Lösungen für Chats sowie Interesse an neuen, modernen Kommunikationskanälen,
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch; Französisch und Italienisch sind von Vorteil,
  • Sie haben ein serviceorientiertes Denken, Freude am Kundenkontakt und ein vernetztes Denken,
  • Sie haben Affinität zur Börse,
  • «Ticket-System» ist Ihnen kein Fremdbegriff,
  • Sie besitzen die Fähigkeit Gefahren zu erkennen und diese nach deren Dringlichkeit einzuschätzen,
  • Sie sind hilfsbereit und behalten in hektischen Situationen den Überblick,
  • Sie sind flexibel und bereit Neues zu lernen.
