We are seeking a passionate and talented Front Arena Prime developer to join us in the Markets department and the Front Arena Centre of Excellence. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, customizing and supporting our cutting-edge Front Arena solution that drives our trading and risk management operations.Contribute to the development of our Front Arena installation, interfaces, algorithms and toolsCapture requirements, plan, implement and test the solutions in an agile environment (SAFe)Provide first-class Front User support (Trading, Mid-Office, Risk Office)Work on complex problems, experiment with new ideas and continuously learn and improve

Minimum 2 years of experience in structured products issuance, trading and life-cyclingAt least 2 years of experience as Front Arena developer in Python, AEL, ACM, ADFL (must have)Nice to have : Experience working directly with securities tradersPreferably : .NET / C#, JSON, MS-SQL (trainings completed and certificates / exams)Communication skills and able to prioritise effectively and work under pressureEmpathetic person with great customer service skillsEnthusiastic team player with a hands-on, can-do attitudeStrong analytical skills
