Junior Operations & Finance Manager (a)

We are expanding and looking for a detail-oriented Junior Operations and Finance Manager to support our internal processes as we scale internationally. As a Junior Operations and Finance Manager, you will support the leadership team by managing and optimizing the company’s ERP system , logistics , finance , and admin operations . Your role will be essential in ensuring that our fast-paced operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance.

Tasks

ERP & Operations :

• Maintain and manage our ERP system (Odoo), ensuring correct setup of products, workflows, invoicing and automation.
• Improve operational workflows across sales, inventory, procurement, invoicing and customer service.
• Coordinate logistics, production orders, and inventory management with international partners, and suppliers.
• Manage and oversee customer inquiries related to logistics, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
