Client Services Specialist

THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our Marketing & Client Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating client requests and onboarding processes and, acting as a central point of contact between clients, the Sales team, and the Fund’s Transfer Agent to ensure a seamless client experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILTIES

Central Client Request Management :

• Coordinate incoming client requests that are not directly handled by Sales, ensuring they are resolved promptly and accurately.

Dealing Support :

Asset Booking and Reconciliation :
