Your key responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating and executing a variety of internal and external client-facing events and delivering measurable results
• Manage administrative tasks, including invitation management, budget tracking and performance reporting
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with internal teams across different service lines and 3rd party vendors such as hotels, caterers, AV companies, etc.
• Utilize internal tools, databases and processes to ensure operational efficiency and consistency
• Elevate EY's brand presence by ensuring consistent, high-quality and visible representation across all events, fairs and sponsorships in alignment with the Global Code of Conduct and Global Branding Guidelines
