Your tasks

  • Preparation and assessment of industry and market trends in the automotive-, aerospace- and energy industry
  • Market research on customers and competition
  • Collaboratively working together with different, global departments (sales, innovation, procurement etc.) and external specialists
  • Preparation and execution of management workshops in the strategy process
  • Deriving management recommendations in the areas of business development, innovation, strategy, sales and contributing to their implementation
  • Implementation / co-conception of quarterly strategy controlling
  • Creation of strategic management summaries (preparation of documents and presentations) for divisional management, group management and board of directors

Your profile

  • Business or technically oriented degree with knowledge in the respective other area
  • Professional experience, ideally in the area of market intelligence and strategy
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Analytical approach, entrepreneurial thinking
  • Pronounced IT skills, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Fluent in English - German skills and other languages are a plus
