Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and organized Procurement Specialist to join our client’s supply team in Zurich . In this role, you will manage supplier communications, coordinate orders, and help ensure a smooth and cost-effective procurement process.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and process purchase orders in line with internal guidelines

Communicate with suppliers regarding delivery times and order updates

Support price negotiations and contract follow-ups

Monitor inventory levels and support restocking activities

Maintain accurate procurement records and reports

What You Bring

Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a similar field

2–4 years of experience in operational procurement or sourcing

Strong communication and negotiation skills

ERP system knowledge, ideally SAP

Fluency in German is mandatory , English is an asset
