Transaction Manager (M / F)

LHH is looking for a Transaction Manager (M / F) for an international bank in Geneva. This role involves managing trade finance operations, particularly in commodities and soft commodities.

• Manage and oversee international trade finance operations, focusing on transactions related to commodities and soft commodities.
• Ensure control of complex transactions while adhering to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Direct interaction with clients, banking partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze client needs and transaction risks, implementing appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of operations and meet deadlines.
• Ensure document and procedure compliance in line with international and local standards.
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement in Trade Finance practices.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking sector, with proven expertise in Trade Finance.
• Significant experience in managing trade finance operations, particularly in commodities and soft commodities.
• Good knowledge of trade finance products, including documentary credits and bank guarantees.
• Solid understanding of back and front-office processes in Trade Finance, as well as international and local regulatory standards.
• Ability to manage client relationships, external partners, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
• A degree in Banking, Finance, or Commerce, ideally supplemented by a Trade Finance certification.
