They are scaling rapidly, their goal is to revolutionize the financial ecosystem through innovative and user-centric applications. To do so, they are seeking a Lead Front-End Engineer.

What You'll Do :

Lead the design and development of high-performance, user-friendly web applications.
Drive architectural decisions for frontend systems, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
Collaborate closely with product managers, backend developers, and UX / UI designers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Mentor and guide a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
Stay ahead of industry trends, integrating modern technologies and best practices into development workflows.
State of the Art tech stack in the company : Rust (a few but more and more), Solidity / ETH, TypeScript (React / Node) , AWS / Docker / Kubernetes, Grafana, Prometheus etc. CI / CD pipeline and good quality & testing culture ;)

What We're Looking For :

Extensive Experience : Proven expertise in building and managing complex frontend systems, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful projects.

Technical Proficiency : Mastery of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) and a deep understanding of state management, component-based architecture, and responsive design.

Leadership Skills : Experience leading a development team, with strong communication and organizational abilities to inspire and align team efforts.

Innovative Mindset : Passion for exploring and implementing the latest frontend technologies to create best-in-class user interfaces.

Attention to Detail : A commitment to quality, with a focus on performance optimization, testing, and debugging.

Language Skills : Proficiency in English.
