THE ROLE :

The General Manager for Germany will be responsible for spearheading expansion and strategic redevelopment within the region. This position involves leading the subsidiary to achieve new levels of success, with potential progression to Country Manager based on a successful track record. The successful candidate will report directly to the company's CEO, providing a significant opportunity to influence growth, turn around the regional business, and contribute to global success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and expand the customer base in sectors such as mold & die, aerospace components, and general machining.
• Lead and scale operations within the German subsidiary, identifying new business opportunities for advanced manufacturing technologies.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sustained growth.
• Communicate the value proposition effectively through proposals and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Stay informed on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Support advancement to the role of Country Manager, driving overall regional business success.
