Your mission
For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Catering Coordinator from November 2024 to the end of May 2025 (30% November-December, 50% January, 100% March-May). In this role, you will be in charge of all catering services within the St. Jakobshalle during ESC 2025 for all crew / staff, delegations and press. As part of the ESC Event team, your tasks will be the following :
- set up a full catering concept for crew / staff, delegations and press;
- together with the catering department of the venue, prepare an RFP in order to appoint the catering company (or companies) who will operate on ESC 2025 during the pre-production and the production / show weeks;
- work closely with the sponsorship team on “catering sponsors” and determine areas where such sponsorship could be useful;
- determine the different catering areas together with the venue catering department and the venue manager and set up the logistics of these areas;
- elaborate a schedule of presence as well as a timetable from building-up to dismantling;
- work together with the hospitality manager in order to set up the hospitality catering

You have a good knowledge of the ESC and other international eventsYou have experience in working with catering on large-scale international events or similar projectsYou have experience with event management, particularly in the catering areaYou have good organisational and communication skillsYou are a multi-tasker and are able to handle stressful situations in a calm and composed mannerWhat we have to offer
