Quality Engineer
What are we looking for? A rigorous and proactive Quality Engineer who will be responsible of efficient continuous improvement loops with regards to product quality, manufacturing processes and new project / technology development.
This includes problem solving meetings, product / process audits, cross-functional collaborations with other departments to test and validate new product launch.
How to be successful in this position? You will be responsible to define validation test plan and write test protocols, carry out them according to the established scenarios and programmes, record the parameters and measurements gathered and write test reports accordingly.
You will identify / coordinate external laboratories for testing if needed and suggest improvements and / or modifications to test methods and procedures.
As the quality Engineer you will inspect the parts and check their conformity with the specifications, coordinate continuous improvement meetings and do the follow-up on open correctives / preventives actions.
You will check action efficiency and support other department in problem solving. You will perform product and process audits and coordinate 5S and Lean activities.
What do you need to be instrumental in this role? A degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of Microtechnique engineering or equivalent, and a relevant hands-on experience of at least 3 years in a quality or production environment.
You are proficient with most of the quality tools and frameworks. You have a very good command of French and English. An experience working in a start-up is a real plus.
