Our clinical teams are working tirelessly to bring the next generation of retinal medicines to physicians and patients. We are looking to expand our team in all areas of clinical sciences : clinical development, clinical operations, medical affairs, and translational medicine.

We are seeking strategic thinkers who take ownership of exciting programs with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners inside and outside of the company. The ideal candidates have experience in the development and execution of clinical studies in ophthalmology and demonstrated the ability to establish strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Individuals in these roles will collaborate with R&D leadership, physicians, patient advocacy groups, global regulatory personnel, and Kodiak team members. The team will provide strategic input and drive scientific publication plans and presentations to the medical community, FDA, EMA, and clinical trial participants. Applicants should have a proven track record of outstanding leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to inspire others.
