Job Title : Senior Business Analyst (Contract)

Project : ART Research

Location : Zurich, Switzerland (on-site or hybrid)

Start Date : July 1, 2025

End Date : June 30, 2026

Workload : 100% (approx. 210 person-days)

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our ongoing ART Research project. In this role, you will support the strategic development of our internal research platform within the Investment Research division. You will act as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and IT development teams, helping define, analyze, and implement business requirements in alignment with our product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities Must-Have Tasks :

Define and challenge product requirements for the internal Research platform.
Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders and IT developers.
Analyze business needs and evaluate technical feasibility.
Actively participate in implementation, testing, and deployment phases.

Optional (Nice to Have) :

Contribute to adjacent business analysis or research platform activities as needed.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Proven experience in :

Document generation processes, or

Sell-side investment research.

Strong background in Business Engineering and structured Business Analysis .

Language Requirements

German : C2 (near-native proficiency, spoken and written)

English : C1 (advanced professional fluency)

Work Environment

Participation in an ongoing, business-critical project within a dynamic financial institution.

Close collaboration with cross-functional teams in business and IT.
