Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Lead negotiations and secure profitable contracts with senior executives. Provide market feedback to support product development and marketing strategies. Maintain accurate forecasts, track performance metrics, and report on sales activities. Support and mentor junior team members while driving a results-oriented sales culture.

Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and contract management skills. Fluent in English, with proficiency in German / Swiss German or French preferred. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a competitive mindset. Willing to obtain relevant financial certifications (CISI) within six months of hire. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for relationship-building and teamwork.
