Senior Manager Corporate Compensation

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Be accountable for the development of corporate strategy and guidelines governing global base pay policy, recognition, pay ranges, job architecture and grading
• Ensure Global C&B Unit comprehends C&B policies and strategy, provides advisory to the Global C&B Unit and other HR colleagues (incl. GHRBPs) on compensation & org / job design matters to enable SCB’s strategy and objectives.
• Work with senior leadership, clusters and the HR community to ensure that compensation practices align with the organization's goals and values, and they monitor industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive
• Own the compensation annual processes strategy in alignment with the Global C&B team, Performance and GHRBPs
• Support with the preparation of Compensation Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee meetings
