• Technical Support : Diagnose and resolve planning system issues, assist planners with troubleshooting.
• System Optimization : Implement, configure, and enhance planning tools (SAP SIM, AS400, Kinaxis).
• Process Design : Map As-Is / To-Be processes, propose improvements, and ensure integration into systems.
• Master Data Management : Ensure data accuracy and advise on best practices for master data usage.
• Project Management : Lead small to medium projects (, new production line setup, testing).
• Training & Change Management : Train key users and support organizational change.
