ROLE DESCRIPTION
- As a Business Solutions Manager, you will oversee the development and implementation of effective business solutions / ERP systems to meet our organization's supply chain needs.
- You will collaborate with different business departments to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. By leveraging your expertise in technology, project management, and strategic thinking, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Development : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and requirements, and develop innovative solutions to address themProject Management : Lead and manage end-to-end solution implementation projects, including planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk managementCross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with various departments to gather insights, align objectives, and ensure effective implementation of business solutionsProcess Improvement : Analyze existing processes and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivityTechnology Evaluation : Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for digital transformation and recommend appropriate solutionsChange Management : Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new business solutions across the organizationTraining and Support : Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to end-users, ensuring a seamless transition to new processes and technologiesVendor Management : Evaluate and select external vendors or partners as necessary, and manage relationships to ensure successful delivery of solutionsDocumentation and Reporting : Create comprehensive documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate project updates, outcomes, and recommendations to stakeholdersSolution Maintenance : Support our PMS, POS, Questionnaire, Menu and Waiter Order solutions across the fleet.KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as an IT Product / Business Solutions Manager / ERP / Hotel System implementation or in a similar role. Experience in using MarineXchange (MXP) software and / or a track record of implementing Hospitality / Travel solutions is a plusHospitality / Travel processes and related technology knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of F&B and / or Nautical areas is a plus.Strong business acumen and understanding of various functional areas across property management, guest management, and accounting needsExcellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budgetProficiency in analyzing complex business problems and developing strategic solutionsFamiliarity with enterprise software, technology platforms, and project management toolsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholdersStrong leadership qualities, with the ability to influence and drive change across teamsKnowledge of change management principles and methodologiesAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsGood understanding of relational databases and SQL is a plusEDUCATION
