The Marketing Automation & Digital Media Specialist plays a key role in advancing our customer-centric approach. In this position, you will contribute to analyzing how our customers and prospects interact online and in creating personalized, data-driven digital experiences based on their specific interests, to establish a long-term involvement.
Your responsibilities
- Define and manage audience segmentation to deliver the right messages at each stage of the journey
- Design and execute automated workflows and multilingual e-mail campaigns in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), ensuring alignment with other cross-channel marketing activities
- Safeguard compliance with GDPR and international data privacy regulations while maintaining data integrity
- Coordinate and optimize the global digital media plan by directly managing full funnel digital campaigns with a strong focus on paid search
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, establish reporting frameworks, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with Group Marketing and local teams to align objectives and support global marketing strategies
- Act as marketing key user for the automation platform and support onboarding of new users
- Manage support requests and create user stories
- Drive continuous improvement of marketing automation solutions
Your skillset
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field with minimum +3 years of B2B experienceProven knowledge of B2B digital channels and touchpoints to ensure integrated campaign strategiesHands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (ideally Pardot and Salesforce)Solid understanding of GDPR and international data privacy regulationsAbility to design and execute multi-channel B2B media campaigns across all funnel stagesExperience in defining international media plans and coordinating campaign execution and reportingFamiliarity with SEA / SEM strategies, KPIs, and performance optimizationStrong analytical skills with expertise in dashboards, data-driven insights, and continuous improvementFluent in English; German is an advantageTeamplayer with strong collaboration skills for cross-functional teamWhat we offer
