Responsibilities

Create and maintain technical documentation in the aviation sector
Aircraft Maintenance Supplements
Illustrated Parts Supplements
Cabin Crew Manuals
Passenger Safety Cards
Support and drive the transition from FrameMaker / Illustrator to a structured SGML / XML-based documentation system
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external tech doc providers
Option to take on deputy or full managerial responsibilities within the department

Profile

Hands-on experience in technical documentation

Strong skills in SGML and XML; experience with ABOTEXT Experience or comparable tools advantageous

Proficient in Adobe FrameMaker, Illustrator and other documentation tools

Familiar with ATA chapters and service bulletins

Practical, hands-on mindset with the ability to lead or support team management

Experience in a smaller or mid-sized company preferred - broad interface exposure is necessary

Background in aviation helpful but not required - candidates from similarly regulated industries (, rail, medtech) are welcome

Strong communication skills, team-oriented and proactive

Fluent English is necessary, French is an advantage
