Would you like to start a new chapter with us and write a new story? We are looking for an enthusiastic Social Media & Content Specialist to join our team in Lucerne.

Content planning

  • Creation of all content calendars for the Gübelin Group's web presences, social media platforms, newsletters and all other digital communication
  • Optim ization of content and accounts based on performance and renewals
  • Co-operation with the various departments to identify content and source text and images

Social Media (managing, planning, developing & reporting)

  • Managing various channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Expansion, manageme nt and optimization of the social media presence
  • Strategic use of content on social media to increase engagement and conversions
  • Daily monitoring of social media appearances and activities
  • Evaluating new opportunities and adapting the strategy accordingly
  • Monitoring and moderation of user-generated content and social listing tools
  • Monthly reporting of social media performance
  • Community Management
  • Analyzing the social media statistics of the various sites

    • Influencer marketing

  • Building up Influencer network in various areas
  • Taking care about existing Ambassador relationships
  • Set up Influencer activations
  • Gübelin event Influencer invite management

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in digital marketing or commercial education with relevant further qualifications
  • Further training / specialisation in social media, digital marketing, multimedia, content marketing
  • Ideally experience in luxury industry and in a company with local "drive to store" strategies
  • 2 - 4 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas
  • Very good language and communication skills in German / English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytic tools, content plans, English copywriting and community management
  • Positive attitude, eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, structured and solution-orientated
  • Team player, creative and proactive
  • Feeling for visual language and aesthetics
