Your Responsibilities
Manage financial and regulatory audits of asset managers, management companies and traditional, real estate and alternative funds
Actively participate in defining the audit approach and ensure that the audit is completed in full compliance with auditing standards and methodology
Play a key role in leading, supporting, and coaching your teams to achieve collective goals and foster continuous professional development
Prepare audit files for Partner review and assist in presenting audit findings to management or Boards of Directors
Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, providing expert advice on technical accounting and regulatory matters
Stay ahead of regulatory developments and help clients adapt to new requirements, including ESG reporting and other emerging trends
Your Profile
Swiss Certified Public Accountant qualification or an equivalent professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA)
At least 5 years of professional experience in external audits of entities and vehicles of the Asset Management industry
A passion for fostering a collaborative coaching culture, with a strong ability to mentor and support less experienced colleagues while sharing knowledge
A strong affinity for IT and digital tools, with hands-on experience using Big Data tools such as Alteryx or Power BI to drive digital transformation and enhance audit processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French; proficiency in English
A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing regulatory and technological environment
