On a daily basis, you will
- Support the legal team’s operations, including document and knowledge management.
- Review, edit, complete, and fact-check various types of legal and financial documents and agreements, some of which are highly confidential.
- Collaborate within the legal team, as well as with members of our sales, purchasing, finance, and IT security teams.
- Perform legal research and assist with special projects as needed.
- Tackle anything else that comes our way, given that we are a fast-growing and innovative technology company.
The skills you will demonstrate
3+ years of relevant working experience in a similar legal position. Prior in-house experience with an international company is preferred.Swiss legal qualification with strong knowledge of key Swiss laws (eg. Federal Act on Data Protection) is preferred.Bachelor's degree (ideally in law or a similar field).The ability to prioritize and juggle multiple work assignments at once.A start-up mentality, including a willingness to roll up your sleeves, clear blockers, think creatively, and support the business to drive projects to completion.Excellent English written / verbal communication skills.Flexibility with work schedule to accommodate occasional calls outside of your regular time zone.Working knowledge of Salesforce, LinkSquares, and / or ServiceNow is an asset.Why you will love it here
