We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner with a strategic mindset to join our HR Switzerland team at the company headquarters in Cham , Switzerland. The team consists of the Head of HR Switzerland, Payroll Manager, and HR Generalist, and together you will deliver high-quality HR support for our Swiss organization .
At the same time, the role has a strong European dimension : you will collaborate closely with HR colleagues across Europe, as the business areas you support operate on a regional, multi-country level. This makes the position an exciting opportunity to act locally while contributing to broader European people initiatives. As HR Business Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees, supporting all aspects of the HR lifecycle – from recruitment and development to performance and change management – and driving both operational excellence and strategic impact.
