We are seeking an HR Specialist to join the local HR team of a global retailer base in Basel. This role is currently temporary for 3-6 months with a possible extension, starting in January. This role offers an exciting opportunity to wok on a global scope within a dynamic environment.
Description
- Support the team with performance reviews
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Prepare HR metrics, data, and reports
- Provide payroll preparation support
- Handle responsibilities on a global scope
- Assist with administrative tasks as required

Successfully completed further education in a relevant fieldInitial experience in a similar role, preferably in an international settingFluent in English; proficiency in German is a strong advantageHighly proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skillsPossesses a dynamic and engaging approachA strong team player with excellent collaboration skillsJob Offer
