Job Description

Location : Zurich, Switzerland (FIFA HQ)

Start Date : March 2025

Duration : 3-5 months

Excis is seeking 3x Level 2 Engineers and 1x Level 3 Engineer to support a high-profile IT project. If you're a skilled desktop support professional with experience in enterprise environments, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do :

Provide hands-on IT support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Perform system installations, upgrades, and maintenance of Lenovo devices.
Ensure smooth deployment of IT solutions, working closely with the onsite team.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical problems.
Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For :

L2 Engineers : 3+ years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and expertise in Windows OS, networking, and enterprise applications.

L3 Engineer : 5+ years of IT support experience, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to lead and mentor L2 engineers.

Experience with Lenovo hardware is a plus.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Fluent in English and German.
