Position

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Global Key Account Manager to join Zeochem AG . In this strategic role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our global distribution network and managing key strategic partnerships within the deuterium-labeled reagent business (ZEOtope®).

You will act as the central commercial interface for our official ZEOtope® distributors and key accounts worldwide, ensuring consistent execution of global sales strategies, optimal market penetration, and sustainable growth of long-term partnerships. This role has high visibility and impact across the organization and plays a critical part in shaping the global success of the ZEOtope® product line.

Tasks

• Define, develop, and execute the global commercial strategy for the ZEOtope® product portfolio
• Lead and manage the global distribution partner network, ensuring performance, alignment, and continuous development
• Ensure consistent implementation of global sales strategies, pricing concepts, and commercial objectives across all regions
• Build, maintain, and deepen strategic relationships with key accounts and partners at all organizational levels
• Lead high-level commercial negotiations and support long-term business development initiatives
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Customer Service, Finance, Planning, and Production, to ensure seamless execution
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify growth opportunities
• Promote a customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on service excellence, trust, and partnership growth
