ROLE DESCRIPTION

  • As an administrative intern in our Learning and Development (L&D) department, you will be surrounded by colleagues who will share their extensive expertise
  • You will be reporting to the Digital Learning Specialist
  • The internship duration is six months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will assist the team in the administration of the learning management systems (LMS) by handling support requests from crew members and office colleagues
  • You will create training materials, documentations and manuals
  • You will oversee testing content in the LMS and reviewing digital courses in the process of creation
  • KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • You are fluent English, verbally and in writing
  • You are curious and eager to learn how a global cruise line is organized and what is expected from the L&D department
  • You have a positive personality and like to work in a multi-cultural team
  • You have solid computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and you are tech-savvy
  • EDUCATION

  • You are currently attending a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the field of tourism / hospitality / HR / IT related topics
  • NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

  • A spirit of discovery that sees technical problems as challenges to be solved
  • Graphic or design skills, or at least an interest in visually appealing content design
