To complete our creative and dynamic team in Lausanne, we are seeking a :

Quality Engineer (100%)

Starting date : as soon as possible

Your role :

As a Quality Engineer, you will be part of the Operation team and will be reporting to the Head of Quality.

You will fulfill a quality engineer role in both the "Product" and "Process" dimensions, acting as a leader in the identification and resolution of problems related to the quality of products, processes, suppliers and customer claims.

You will ensure that both existing and new products meet specifications, that systems, processes and procedures are under control, acting as a coach and a Quality ambassador of the organization / team to facilitate quality at root.

What you will own :

• Lead customer claim internal management : coordinate root cause analyses, define corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely and effective communication with all  stakeholders.
• Early involvement in new projects to establish a strong quality mindset from the concept phase, defining quality requirements, testing and validation plans, risk analyses (FMEA), and control plans.

Support production team in solving complex quality or process issues using structured problem-solving tools
