Resource Planner in Training Support (50-60%)

As part of the Skyguide Academy, you perform tasks for the Planning Team within the Training Support organization. You offer an efficient, effective, and timely service to all customers.

• Provides planning support services according to the standards and requirements and coordinates the planning of all training activities within the Skyguide Academy for all internal and external customers
• Analyses and plans short- and long-term training needs including infrastructure, simulators, instructors and students for internal and external units
• Curriculum design and qualification management in the planning tool (no course prepared / given)
• Establishes and publishes on time rostering for simulator pilots, analyses and tracking of hours. Coordinates simulator pilot training activities
• Initiates proposals and improvements to increase the service provision and efficiency
• Interacts with Air Traffic Controller candidates during the selections process
• Maturité or vocational apprenticeship with federal certificate
• Solid work experience in planning activities
• Proficient user of MS-Office and ability to familiarize with new tools
• Problem solving : You seek accurate information to analyse problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
• Communication : You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
• Proficient in French and English, German is an asset
