Job Description

  • Overseeing global IT operations.
  • Manage and lead physical and virtual teams of IT service delivery managers.
  • Ensure adherence to IT strategy, policies, security protocols, and access rights.
  • Reorganize and enhance IT operations for improved efficiency.
  • Oversee the delivery of global IT services and license management (e.g., Microsoft).
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and third-party providers.
  • Track compliance with SLAs and KPIs for day-to-day provider management.
  • Establish IT infrastructure solutions for construction sites.
  • Control and track tickets and incidents, including third-party provider issues.
  • Conduct audits (ISO, JSOX) and prepare IT budgets for hardware, software, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science.
  • 6+ years' experience in managing IT operation department.
  • Proven expertise in project management and team leadership.
  • Strong experience with third-party service providers.
  • Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and process management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in English and German (spoken and written).
