We love fragrances, we love to dream. If you have great eye, the ability to capture and highlight products and a quick learning pace, we want you on our team! WHAT YOU WILL DOAs a Supply Chain Specialist, you'll play an active role in overseeing the entire production cycle, from procurement of raw materials to shipment of the finished product. You will carry out a variety of tasks on a daily basis.Responsibilities :

  • Supply planning, taking into account several factors such as the period of activity, production capacities, storage capacities and sales forecasts.
  • Anticipation of supply needs to limit the risk of stock-outs.
  • Monitoring stock levels.
  • Tracking deliveries to optimize costs.
  • Setting up performance indicators and monitoring them regularly. Source and engage reliable suppliers.Gather quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions.Negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.Ensure price consistency and conduct the necessary negotiations.Execute the purchase of goods or services approved by management.Liaise with suppliers and accounting to enhance supply chain process and solves invoicing issues.Ensure that supplier portfolios are kept up to date and challenge the proposed delivery times, in line with requests.            Identify purchasing needs, issue purchase orders, oversee shipping schedules and maintain purchase records.Create purchasing orders and procuring company goods and services based on an approved budget.Follow-up of raw material and finished product purchases.Review, improve and run internal planning tools for finished products and raw materials.Monitor order confirmations and delivery times of strategic suppliers.Organize production schedules and resources.Support the Artwork and BoM (Bill of Materials) changes with our external manufacturing sites (CMOs).Ensure supply chain processes meet quality and legal requirements and standards.Establish and update KPIs.  Manage inventories, and keep up-to-date records of products and purchases, work closely with our external manufacturing sites (CMOs) to monitor material inventories reporting and reconciliation.Track inventory and submit purchase orders as needed.Execute corrective action plans for stock excess, slow movers and obsoletes.            Oversee and manage the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.Work on the development of IT tools to improve our overall efficiency and that of our partners (ERP evolution, KPI, launch plan review, procurement activity monitoring).
