Your mission
- Activation, Campaign & Promotion Integration : Translate yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing campaigns into daily operations for Stores, eCommerce, and Media channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, as well as Store, CRM and eCommerce teams to align efforts with commercial and brand objectives and to ensure flawless campaign execution.
- Performance Tracking & Optimization : Analyze campaign performance, focusing on ROAS, conversion rate, and overall impact on top and bottom lines.
Optimize tactics and processes based on insights.
- Financial & Tactical Acumen : Apply strong financial and analytical thinking to drive campaign effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
- Retail Communication Expertise : Demonstrate deep knowledge of retail communication across various media types, including dialogue and classic advertising.
- Process Transformation : Lead efforts to analyze and improve the current trade marketing approach, ensuring it evolves to meet modern fast-paced standards and enhances the customer experience across all channels.
- Customer Acquisition & Engagement : Develop trade marketing strategies that support customer acquisition and deepen engagement across stores, eCommerce, and app platforms.
Your profile
- Three years of relevant professional experience in the field of eCommerce, Digital Marketing, CRM or a comparable professional field
- Teamwork skills, ability to work independently and results-oriented, and willingness to work hard
- Degree in business administration or economics with a focus on Marketing, CRM or a comparable qualification
- High level of analytical thinking and expertise with relevant tools
- Fluent in German and English
