Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Business Finance Strategy or related field; MBA preferred.
• 1015 years of leadership experience in operational excellence strategy or PMI.
• Proven success in leading enterprise integrations and transformation initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma organizational design and program governance.
• Strong executive presence with stakeholder alignment and influence capabilities.
• Financial and strategic acumen with Board-level reporting experience.
• International experience in complex multicultural environments.
• Ability to drive measurable value creation and cultural alignment post-merger.
