• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in large scale IT Projects
• Experience in the implementation and / or configuration of a CRM solution, i.e. Salesforce, Dynamics 365, etc
• Extensive experience with Agile Projects
• Extensive experience in performing the role of a senior business analyst in large-scale IT software application development projects with dozens of stakeholders.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
