This is a role as a Quality Manager for Components in the strategic supply chain organization. You will be reporting to the Global Category Manager Components, based in Baden, Switzerland.

Your Responsibilities :
- Proactively develop and implement the quality strategy for the assigned components group, aligning it with long-term business goals and engaging with cross-functional stakeholders globally.
- Take initiative to drive sustainable quality improvements in serial production parts, ensuring achievement of annual performance targets.
- Anticipate and resolve customer complaints by identifying root causes and implementing robust corrective actions.
- Actively lead supplier onboarding and qualification, ensuring a first-time-right approach through early involvement and clear quality expectations.
- Ensure smooth supplier transitions by transferring critical quality knowledge during part relocations or portfolio expansions.
- Take ownership of supplier development projects, using Lean Six Sigma methods to implement sustainable improvements.
- Continuously challenge and improve internal quality processes, tools, and specifications to increase efficiency and prevent issues before they occur.
- Represent quality proactively in new product and component development, ensuring early integration of quality standards and lessons learned from previous projects.
Your background :
Master's or University degree in Mechanical Engineering.Advanced training in quality management; Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred.Fluent in German and English.Proactive, self-motivated, and accountable. You identify opportunities, take ownership, and drive impactful change.Strong communication skills, confident in working across cultures and organizational levels.Practical, hands-on problem solver with a strong drive for continuous improvement.Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).Your benefits :
